Dahlonega-Lumpkin County Chamber of Commerce

Lumpkin County was created in 1832 from parts of Cherokee, Habersham, and Hall counties. Dahlonega is the only incorporated city and is the county seat. The county government is led by a five-member elected board of commissioners who represent the district that elected them. The city of Dahlonega is led by a mayor and a city council.
