Lumpkin Youth Leadership (LYL) is a program designed to enhance, inspire, and empower Lumpkin County High School students to develop leadership and explore career opportunities within our community. LYL will help students connect with community resources, leadership, challenges, and opportunities. They will share ideas and learn what it takes to become a consensus building leader and effective decision-maker. Participants examine the functional areas of business and career pathways; explore civic responsibility; and various roles they can play to understand the community and inspire a life-long commitment to Lumpkin County.
